Kaylee has helped me become a better athlete, both on the weightlifting platform and off the platform. She has helped me physically and mentally to improve my performance. She has taught me the proper technique of the physical movements, but has also helped me with the mental aspect of the sport and how to deal with the excitement, the nerves and the frustration that can come during training and competitions.

 

With her exceptional knowledge of the sport, Kaylee has the ability to analyze every movement, break them down, identify my weaknesses and provide the tools necessary to improve every single part of the lifts I do. Her continual feedback, the strategies she provides to help improve your performance and her positive reinforcement are some of her best qualities as a coach.

 

Kaylee is not only a great coach, but also a great role model. She sets a great example of what a well-rounded athlete is, both in the gym and outside the gym. Not only does she possess great coaching abilities, but her athletes also aspire to be like her. She portrays hard work and discipline, which motivates her athletes to adopt those same habits. She makes sure to develop a great athlete-coach relationship with her athletes, while staying professional. She takes time to get to know you well in order to provide you her best personalized coaching. She differentiates her coaching approach according to the strength and weaknesses of each of her athletes. The communication with her is always open and easy as she takes time to really listen to her athletes.

I have been following Kaylee now for 5 and a half years. Throughout the years Kaylee has taught me so much about myself. She has helped me through so much from finding my strength, to understanding my body and now, teaching me about nutrition. For the last 5 months, Kaylee has been following my daily nutrition and advising me of what my body truly needs...FOOD.

 

I have been struggling with weight loss my whole life. With Kaylee’s help, i have been able to lose weight and still enjoy my passion for food. Kaylee has thought me how important it is for me to fuel my body with the right foods to be able to train at my best. With the proper nutrition, i have noticed many positive changes, including good mood, better sleep, more energy and of course weight loss.

 

Kaylee has always supported me throughout reaching my goals. Of course there was up and downs, but she never gave up on me. She always seems to have the right answers and push me to my max. Thanks to Kaylee i have not given up on my goals. With her good advice, she has helped me push myself and not give up!

Tanya Girardin

I wanted to be healthier and stronger. I knew my nutrition needed some help so what better person to ask than my coach. Kaylee was there to guide me through it all. I never felt restricted to any of the foods that I love. After getting the hang of it I started noticing that I had more energy at the gym and throughout the day. An unbelievable amount of food and I never felt hungry. Fuelling my body with the nutrition it needed helped so much, so when it was time to test my lifts I was ready. One lift after another the PR’s were adding up, I had tears of joy as I couldn’t believe it!! I was finally getting to where I always wanted to be healthier and stronger.
